Vikings: Beyond the Legend
It is very exciting to get so many sensational exhibitions in Australia. While the QLD Museum plays host to mummies from the British Museum, Melbourne Museum welcomes the vikings. Opening on 23 March, the exhibition contains over 450 artefacts including the remains of a Viking longship and a 1000 year old pendant. The museum is also offering a range of exciting and innovative activities for adults (try the Viking Long Table dinner !!) and for kids (school holiday activities).
